Tolstraat 75 offers space for up to 24 guests. As a SevenAges™ Guest House we offer beautifully furnished rooms with plenty of space, a deluxe shower/bathroom, and of course a range of beautiful and comfortable communal spaces. Rooms are all furnished with the specific needs of our senior and care guests in mind.

For example, a number of our rooms have one or two electric care beds, and all bathroom facilities have been adapted to the special needs of our guests, including shower rails and a shower chair. In addition, guests can make use of a personal alarm to quickly reach nurses or other staff, and all doors are slightly wider to enable wheelchair access or to make room for a second person to enter with you.

All of our rooms are regularly and professionally cleaned and you can receive your visitors in the room or in our new restaurant or the SevenAges Buurtlobby™.

Deluxe Rooms

Our luxury rooms are approximately 20-24 square meters, with a king or queen bed (one or two rooms can be furnished with a single bed). All rooms have their own luxury shower/bathroom, with all necessary adjustments (shower brackets, etc.) as well as personal alarms if desired. Deluxe rooms also have a small desk, a television with access to a full range of TV channels (as well as your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), and tea and coffee making facilities.

Junior and Luxury Suites

Our luxury suites are even larger than our deluxe rooms. Most are 24-28 square meters. They all have a king-size or double bed, and some of the suites can be furnished with two single beds, or even a double bed and a single bed.

All suites have their own luxury shower/bathroom, with all necessary adjustments (shower brackets, etc.) as well as personal alarms if desired. Bathrooms are even larger than those in our deluxe rooms. Our suites also come standard with a sofa and/or comfortable reading chair. And of course all of our suites have a small desk, a television with access to a full range of TV channels (as well as your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), and tea and coffee making facilities.
